The ABC MAX powder and ABC MAX Herbal caps may be taken at any time during the day. For best cleansing results, take before meals. Be sure to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water throughout the day. (Sorry coffee and soda do not count!) The Gastro Intestinal Tract (G.I. Tract) will need this additional moisture to aid in the detoxification process.

Mix: ABC MAX powder into 8-12 ounces of water or juice (may help improve flavor), stir well then drink quickly. Follow with the ABC MAX Herbal cap(s) as directed. If at any time during the cleanse you feel uncomfortable or experience gas or bloating, you may skip one day then resume the program as necessary. Our program is very flexible!
